Academics

Oklahoma Christian University is a four-year, private coed comprehensive university emphasizing spiritual growth and career preparation. The university offers degree programs in three colleges: the College of Biblical Studies, the College of Arts & Sciences, and the College of Professional Studies. Below are listed the departments and programs within these colleges. Cascade College is Oklahoma Christian University's branch campus in Portland, Oregon.

These programs include: biblical studies, business administration, teacher education, physical education, art & design, psychology, communication, music, language and literature, mechanical engineering, electrical and computer engineering, computer science, and mathematics, biology, chemisty and physics, among others. Also offered is a Master of Divinity degree and a Master of Arts in Ministry degree, with tracks in general ministry, family life ministry, and youth ministry. Oklahoma Christian also offers a Master of Business Administration program that allows students to earn their MBA degree in just one year, going to class two nights per week. 

Faculty Facts

"I enjoy my job, and I feel that it provides me with many opportunities for service." Dr. Lee Anne Paris, OC Librarian, studies information retrieval and web site usability. She has published articles in the Journal of Academic Librarianship and Information Processing and Management. Dr. Paris speaks Portuguese, Spanish, French, and a little Italian.
