You have a variety of options to pay for college costs that scholarships, grants and student loans do not cover. You should be prepared to pay for tuition, room and meal plan when each semester begins.
Electronic Check, Credit Card, or Check
Pay the balance of your college costs through an electronic check transfer of funds. Credit card payment is another option (A 2.95% convenience fee will be assessed for all credit card transactions). OC accepts four major credit cards: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. Checks should be made payable to Oklahoma Christian University.
Installment Payment Plan
Students who cannot pay their balance in full by the date due or would prefer to pay their balance in monthly installments should enroll in our interest-free payment plan available through the Student Account Online. No finance charges are assessed to your account as long as the monthly contract payments are made on time. Students must sign up through their student account on MyOC.edu and pay the $35 fee each semester. Please contact Student Financial Services for more information.
Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS)
OC parents of a dependent student have the PLUS loan option available. The typical repayment term is 10 years. The PLUS loan is based on creditworthiness. Your student must complete the FAFSA.
Two Parent PLUS loan repayment options are available:
- Begin repayment 60 days after the loan is fully disbursed. Minimum payment is $50 per month.
- Defer payments until your student has completed college or is enrolled in less than half-time hours
Third-Party Payment
Thank you for supporting our Eagles! Third-party payments are set up to allow online access for anyone, other than the student, to make a payment on the student's account. To bless a student in this way, you will need to create a user account that will allow you to see the current charges on the student's account. You will need the student ID number and last name to make sure the money is routed correctly.
International Students
OC has partnered with the payment transfer portal, Flywire, to facilitate the process of international payments. Flywire allows you to pay securely from any country and any bank.
