Why OC?
More Opportunities
At Oklahoma Christian University, we're more than just a place on a map; we're a Kingdom University shaping your future. We want you here because we believe in you and your potential. Our faith-filled community supports your goals and helps you discover God's purpose for your life.
Focus on OC’s Biblical Mission
We’re building the next generation of Christian leaders.
Values that come from the Bible, not prevailing culture
Since its founding in 1950, OC has sought to fulfill its mission to educate, mentor and inspire learners to fulfill their God-given potential. We welcome students of all faith backgrounds and traditions. All students, faculty and staff agree to abide by our covenant when joining the university.
The Student Experience
Your education extends beyond the classroom.
We are a place where students find calling, career and community. With more than 60 student organizations, 20 NCAA DII and club sports, work-study opportunities, and a city full of restaurants, shops and entertainment, you’ll find plenty to do outside the classroom.
Prioritizing health and safety
Your wellbeing matters.
Academic success requires a holistic approach to well-being, encompassing physical, emotional and spiritual health. We offer a comprehensive range of resources to support students in all three areas, as well as prioritizing safety with 24/7/365 campus police protection.
