OC Receives COVID-19 CARES Act Hardship Grant Funding for Students

OC has received federal funds via the CARES Act to provide emergency financial support to as many students as possible. The grant allows OC to reimburse students for expenses related to life disruptions due to COVID-19 and include things like food, housing, course materials, technology needs, health care expenses, loss of jobs for students or parents and transportation expenses.

Approved grant amounts are based on expressed need and related documentation. Funds are limited and will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please see the important FAQ’s here for information about how these unique funds will be distributed.
