Option 1

Full payment is due before the first day of class. Payment by cash or check eliminates all service charges. Checks should be made payable to OC and mailed to the address below. Students may also use American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, but these will incur a 2.95% convenience fee. You may also enter your bank information to avoid the convenience fee.

If your family prefers to pay monthly, we offer a convenient, no-interest installment payment plan. There is a $25 enrollment fee per semester. Payments are due on the twenty-fifth of the month. This allows you to pay any fall semester balance over five months (if you enroll before July 25). Simply follow the instructions below.

If your parent or another third party is assisting with college costs, please set them up as an authorized user so they’ll receive future notifications. Follow the instructions at https://support.oc.edu/hc/en-us/articles/203199493.

Federal Financial aid can also be used to cover books.

We can increase the cost of attendance one time for the cost of a computer. We must have a copy of the receipt.

The federal government requires each student who accepts a federal loan to complete an entrance counseling and a Master Promissory Note. These two items must be completed before your federal loans will be disbursed.

Payment is due in full before the first day of class.

Students are NOT required to be full-time to receive federal aid. Students must be enrolled in at least six hours to receive federal grants/loans.

Government grants will be pro-rated as long as you are enrolled in at least six hours.

Employer Assistance - OC has no direct influence over this, but we are happy to provide the documentation needed for you to request financial assistance from your employer.

Federal Grants - may be awarded to undergraduate students and do not have to be repaid

Subsidized Loan - The government covers the interest for you while in school

Unsubsidized Loan - There’s a low interest added that you can pay on while in school or wait to pay once you graduate
