1. Log into your MyOC account at my.oc.edu

2. Click on Main Menu (three white lines in the top right corner) and click on “Financial Aid”

3. Scroll down to Loan History

- Entrance counseling ensures you understand the terms and conditions of your loan and your rights and responsibilities. You'll learn what a loan is, how interest works, your options for repayment, and how to avoid delinquency and default. Click here to complete your entrance counseling.

- The Master Promissory Note (MPN) is a legal document in which you promise to repay your loan(s) and any accrued interest and fees to the U.S. Department of Education. It also explains the terms and conditions of your loan(s). Click here to complete your Master Promissory Note.

* Please note both documents are federal requirements before loan disbursement can occur

3. Choose Activity Details on the left side of the page to view your balance

Click this link to retrieve your 1098T.

A 1098T shows the amount paid out of pocket for Tuition and Mandatory fees only. The document looks at the total cost of tuition and fees and the total amount of scholarships and grants received during that calendar year. A 1098T is generated if the costs are more than the scholarships and grants. It does not take into account payments made for room, board, books, or other miscellaneous costs. Because your scholarships & grants received were more than your tuition and fee total, a 1098T was not generated.

1. Log into your Application account (provided by your Admissions Counselor)

2. Click on the Financial Aid tab

3. Click on the Financial Aid tab at the top and choose Offer Letter

1. Log into your MyOC account

2. Search Meal Plan

3. You can also Click on Services and under Student Services click Select or Change Meal Plan

Meal plans are required for students who are living on campus. No exceptions.

1. Log into your MyOC account

2. Select Student Account Online under Quicklinks

3. Choose Overview on the left side of the page

4. Scroll down to the middle of the page and click on Sign up for Direct Deposit Refunds

Cash Payments and Checks can be dropped off at the Business Office in Heritage Plaza or at Support Central. Debit and Credit card payments must be made online. We cannot accept payments over the phone.

As an incoming freshman:
1. Log into the account you created to apply for admission.
2. Choose the Financial Aid tab
3. Select Student Account under Helpful Links
4. Choose Make a Payment on the left side of the page
5. Click on Make a Payment on the bottom right
6. Enter the amount of payment
7. Scroll down the page and click Continue
8. Choose your payment method

As a returning student:
1. Log into your MyOC account
2. Select Student Account Online under Quicklinks
3. Choose Make a Payment on the left side of the page
4. Click on Make a Payment on the bottom right
5. Enter the amount of payment
6. Scroll down the page and click Continue
7. Choose your payment method

1. Log into your MyOC account
2. Choose the “Financial Aid” tab and click on the Financial Aid link
3. Select “Student Account” under Helpful Links
4. Choose “Payment Plans” on the left side of the page

3. On the right-hand side under Form Links is a list of Financial Aid Documents
