Alumni Update - Kindra Anderson

The Today Show recently honored education alum Kindra Anderson ('15) as an A+ teacher and an educator who "goes above and beyond." Ms. Anderson teaches at the 99th Street Elementary School in Los Angeles, CA. The award included school supply donations and a $30,000 check to the school from Amazon!

Ms. Anderson begins a new role as a reading intervention specialist this fall. The role is especially meaningful as Kindra had difficulty learning to read as a young child. Watch the video to the end for a surprise visit from the teacher who made such a difference in Kindra’s life!
