Alumni Update - Gaspard Twagirayezu

Gaspard Twagirayezu ('12, MSE '13) has been appointed as the new Minister of Education in Rwanda. Before this appointment, Twagirayezu served as the Minister of State in charge of Primary and Secondary Education, as well as the Senior Policy and Strategy Analyst in the Office of the President. After graduating with his MSE in 2013 as part of Rwanda's Presidential Scholarship Program, Twagirayezu came back home to work with schools on STEM education projects that he had started during his time at OC.
