Alumni Update - Erin Engelke

Erin (Richards '00) Engelke was recently appointed by Governor Kevin Stitt to the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women, a statewide organization that strengthens and empowers women in Oklahoma by improving their opportunities and quality of life. During her time as Commissioner, she will advocate for women's issues to the state legislature, helping to identify and offer solutions for issues facing women in Oklahoma. The Commission is comprised of 30 commissioners who serve staggered five-year terms. The Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives appoint 10 members each.
