The Office of Information Technology's Support Central team provides support services for the Mobile Computing Program. On-site certified hardware repair is available for some models. The technology staff are also familiar with the software used on campus, and can assist students with software-installation questions and other common software problems.  Most software-related questions can be addressed quickly, while hardware repairs are usually completed within three business days.

Loaner laptop for students taking exams may be available to use while their machines are in for hardware repair.  The library lab has computers for use as well.
