Therapy dogs fetch praise from OC students
OC has gone to the dogs … and students love it.
TOTO (the Trained On-Campus Therapy-Dog Organization) gives students regular access to trained therapy dogs.
The new initiative builds on the extensive counseling, health, and wellness resources offered by Oklahoma Christian.
The TOTO program consists of six certified therapy dogs owned by volunteer OC faculty and staff members. The six therapy dogs and their owners went through an extensive six-week training program.
Along with scheduled events, the volunteers can bring their dogs to campus during the day for students.
