OC Welcomes National Merit Scholars
Oklahoma Christian had four National Merit Scholars from Oklahoma in the 2012 freshman class, the most finalists in the state after the University of Oklahoma.
Three out-of-state National Merit Finalists join the Oklahoma students in the freshman class. Oklahoma Christian has more than 31 National Merit Finalists currently enrolled. The in-state freshman students are: Kaler Campbell, a graduate of Edmond Memorial High School, who will pursue a double major in religious service/chemistry; Benjamin Hartman, a homeschool graduate, who will study pre-law; Marlee Marie Pagels, a graduate of Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics, who will pursue pre-medical studies; and Anna Taylor, a graduate of Oklahoma Christian Academy, who will study mechanical engineering.
