Adaptive Cyber Defense Grant Funds Education and Research

A new $232,000 grant awarded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) will expand research computing at five more Oklahoma colleges and universities including Oklahoma Christian University. The grant enables research collaborations for faculty and impacts students by expanding STEM and cyberinfrastructure educational opportunities.

OC Director of Cybersecurity Curtis Coleman will lead the grant execution. Coleman is a professor in OC's popular Computer Science program that offers students a choice for degree emphasis in cybersecurity, gaming and animation or business The project allows OC to become involved with adaptive cyber defense in research and education.
