Benchmark Society - Corey Horsch

Benchmark Society

You are invited to become an inaugural member of Oklahoma Christian University’s Benchmark Society!

Inspired by the longevity and success of the University of Tulsa’s Friends of Finance, the College of Business at OC launched The Benchmark Society to develop deeper connections with the Oklahoma City business community.

As a member, you can hear from leaders in the field, speaking on their experience and offering advice.

In October, you will hear from Corey Horsch, the CFA for Sonic Corp.

Corey Horsch, CFA, serves as senior vice president of corporate finance for Inspire Brands and SONIC. Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 8,300 Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and SONIC locations worldwide.

Horsch’s responsibilities include overseeing the SONIC Finance team, Inspire Treasury and the Enterprise PMO. In his previous role as SONIC’s vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, Horsch directed SONIC’s financial relationships and provided input on the strategic direction of the brand through oversight and input on market planning processes, as well as capital structure decisions.

Horsch joined SONIC in 2015 as vice president of investor relations and treasurer and has been instrumental in managing the financial planning, procurement, and investment of funds for the brand.

Horsch received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from Texas Christian University. He also holds an M.B.A. from McCombs School of Business.
