Teresa DeBoard

Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Well Being

Teresa DeBoard joined OC athletics as the assistant athletic director for student-athlete well-being and senior woman administrator in December 2013, after spending almost 13 years working in the university’s admissions office.

DeBoard guides OC’s new life skills program for student-athletes and is responsible for game environment and community engagement activities, two areas that are key to the university in its effort to build a quality NCAA Division II athletic program.

DeBoard, originally from Del City, graduated from OC in 2000. She began working at OC in March 2001 and served as the university’s director of admissions operations immediately before moving across campus to the athletic department.

She and her husband, Scott, live in Edmond and have a son, Sam. Her brother is OC’s intramural director, Rick Judd.
