Dr. Li returned to Edmond (his American hometown) in 2022 after finishing his Ph.D. study in Richardson, Texas. Fang earned his master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, then went to the University of Texas at Dallas for his doctoral degree in Computer Science.
