Drive-by graduation celebration surprises grad in Colorado
Rebecca Locke's degree was officially conferred upon her by Chief Academic Officer Scott LaMascus, Ph.D. on Friday. Unbeknownst to the Greeley, Colorado senior the celebration was far from over. The Locke family pulled off an elaborate, drive-by party of family and friends who's cars formed a line down the street reminiscent of a small town parade. Signs with well wishes covered car windows, everyone smiled and waved, horns honked and gifts were bestowed on Rebecca.
