Alumni Update - Kaley Field

Kaley (White '12) Field was nominated for the 2025 Woman of Integrity Award at the Revere & Revel Conference. Each year, one woman is recognized for her business leadership, community involvement, and commitment to high ethical standards.

The Better Business Bureau Serving Central Oklahoma stated that: "Kaley’s thoughtful leadership reminds us that true influence comes from intentional connection, everyday kindness, and a deep commitment to others."

Her advice to women in business is: “In a 'me-first' culture, lead with 'them-first' values. The most influential people in my career prioritized, remembered, and leveraged the finer details that made people (from their barista to the CEO) feel seen, heard, and valued. At the end of life’s journey, your title will be reduced to a single line in your obituary. Your impact defines your identity. Focus on people. Lead with generosity, look back with gratitude, and doors will open.”
