Holly Towers

Holly (DeBoard '02) Towers, LCSW is the Executive Director of Lilyfield, a non-profit focused on providing healthy families for at-risk children and youth through a two generation (2Gen) approach to family well-being that works with the whole family through service areas including mental health counseling, parent support and education, mentoring, child-care programs, after school programs, pregnancy support services, and foster care. Towers has been with Lilyfield since 2008. She manages the day to day operations of Lilyfield, as well as working with strategic partnerships within the community to empower faith families to engage in issues of child and family well-being for at-risk populations. Previously, she worked at the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Towers also has experience as a mental health therapist and was the former president of the Board of Oklahoma Adoption Coalition. She currently serves on the board of Network 1:27, an association of Church of Christ affiliated childcare agencies.
