President's Leadership Class
The President's Leadership Class, also known as PLC, is a unique leadership program designed to cultivate outstanding potential in proven student leaders. Applicants for PLC should display exceptional leadership capabilities and must have a strong academic record.
As part of their leadership development, PLC students engage in a diverse range of leadership activities throughout their freshman year. These activities include but are not limited to, monthly scheduled sessions with members of OC's leadership, including President Ken Jones, and community service projects.
As part of their commitment to leadership development, PLC members also serve as student volunteers for important campus events throughout their time at OC. This hands-on experience provides valuable opportunities to apply their leadership skills in real-world settings, develop teamwork abilities and contribute to the vibrant campus community.
