This travel and learning opportunity is available to all majors. Speak with an international studies counselor to discover how Honduraserve best fits with your degree plan.

$3,300 for 2 weeks, a $250 nonrefundable deposit is due upon approval

Cost of Honduraserve

Please note that the travel costs provided are estimates and may vary due to fluctuations in group size and travel expenses. The final cost will be finalized in April.

Students have the opportunity to raise up to the full program cost through mission funds. Financial aid and scholarships may also be applicable. For personalized financial guidance, please consult your financial counselor.

Additional expenses not covered by the program cost include phone service, passport fees, physical exam charges, immunizations, malaria medication and personal items.

Requirements

Completed one year of college by the time of participation. Apply in the fall of the year prior to travel. Freshmen are eligible to apply. Space is limited with priority given to Nursing majors enrolled in Healthcare and Missions. Students need to have:

  • Cumulative gpa of 2.5
  • Approval from Student Life & Financial Services
  • 3 recommendations regarding your character, reliability & suitability
  • Interview
