Student Success

Serving as a compass to navigate towards graduation, Oklahoma Christian’s online student success team partners with academic programs to promote personal and academic responsibility as students transition through their university experience.

Undergraduate Tutoring

Since College of Outreach and Innovation is an online program, it makes sense that you have access to FREE virtual tutoring services! We have highly qualified tutors with flexible scheduling. Just choose a subject and look at your options on the Virtual Tutoring for College of Outreach and Innovation website. You can also find the link to available tutors through your Canvas course.

Additionally, you can connect with an on-campus tutor to elevate your academic game. We offer individual and group tutoring in all lower level courses and the majority of upper level courses. We can also connect you to other resources on campus, like the Writing Center.

Mentoring and Academic Advising

The College of Outreach and Innovation team wants to support the needs of the whole student, not just your academic needs. For this reason, you will be assigned a mentor. The mentor will be in contact with you weekly and will check on you and your progress throughout the semester. If you have any questions or concerns, your mentor will be a great first connection. Your mentor will also be able to help you in your academic needs as well. These include enrollment, adjustment of course plans, and academic coaching.

Accessibility Resources

Oklahoma Christian University's Accessibility Resource Center welcomes students, faculty, staff and visitors with disabilities. OC’s Student Success office provides leadership to University efforts to ensure an accessible, welcoming working and learning environment for individuals with disabilities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
