is located in the Gaylord University Center, making it easily assessible
to students, faculty and locals.

Faculty Profile
Byron Newberry serves as the Chair of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. His main academic interests are structural analysis, mechanical design, experimental stress analysis, and dynamics of structures. He belongs to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society of Engineering Educators.
