What happens if?
Q. You get a pink
slip in your mail?
A. A pink slip means you have a package or large envelope (LE) that
was too large to put in
your mailbox. You must show
your ID and sign for any package you get except for campus packages.
Q. You want to forward your mail?
A. To forward your mail, you must fill out 2 different kinds of forwarding
cards. For OC and for the post office you can get them at the mailroom.
Q. You cannot get your mailbox opened?
A. Bring your ID to the mail center and they will check to see if
you have the correct combination. Terry is very good with opening all
boxes.
