The Asian Studies Program is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that allows students to travel to countries in Asia.
This program begins in May in Japan with a stop in Tokyo. Then students spend a couple of weeks living with a Japanese host family while attending classes at Ibaraki Christian University. The program continues in China with its famous silk markets, Terra Cotta Warriors, the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.
The Asian Studies program is four- six weeks in the summer. Students will receive 3-6 hours of academic credit.Students have two options for travel. The program will travel to Japan for four weeks with the option to extend to two additional weeks in China.
