  • Lee Anne has been with OC for 18 years. Her time is split between the role of Associate Dean for Academics and Institutional Effectiveness (IE) and the role of Associate Professor of Information & Library Science.  In the IE role, she deals primarily with HLC accreditation and academic policies and procedures. In her library role she supports the STEM disciplines and maintains the Beam Library website. Her research interests include the usability of library websites and interfaces as libraries become increasingly virtual. She enjoys reading (she is a librarian, after all), travelling, and cooking.  Lee Anne and her husband have two children, and they attend the Edmond church of Christ.

  • Phil started with OC in August 2014, moving here from Washington State. Currently, he is in the role of Institutional Effectiveness Analyst.  Prior to coming to OC, he worked for PeaceHealth as a Clinical Value Improvement Consultant.  He holds professional certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare (LSSBB) and as a Project Manager (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Phil and his wife (Shelly) have two married daughters who live in the Edmond/Oklahoma City area (all daughters and “hubbys” are OC grads) and a son (Cascade grad) who lives in Portland, Or.  More importantly, they have a granddaughter in Edmond and another granddaughter in Oklahoma City. Phil enjoys hiking and biking. Phil and his wife attend the New Hope church of Christ.
