Tenure-Track or Visiting Faculty in the Department of Computer Science
Position: Oklahoma Christian University invites applications for a potential tenure-track or visiting faculty position in the Department of Computer Science expected to begin in the fall semester 2016. The Oklahoma Christian College of Engineering and Computer Science has 22 full-time faculty members, offering Baccalaureate degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics, ABET-accredited Baccalaureate degree programs in Computer, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering, and Master of Science degrees in Engineering and in Computer Science.
Primary Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Computer Science is preferred. A Ph.D. in a related field with Computer Science experience or a Masters in Computer Science with additional graduate work or experience will be considered. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and ability to communicate and positively engage students and colleagues across racial, gender, and cultural barriers. Active membership in a congregation of the Church of Christ required for tenure-track appointments. Candidates outside the Church of Christ fellowship who are committed to the priniples of chrisitian higher education will be considered for visiting faculty.
