The mission of the OC Health & Wellness Center is to provide medical, psychological and personal counseling services that encourage and promote wellness (physically, emotionally, spiritually, socially, intellectually, and occupationally), responsible Christian attitudes and behavior and the development of each person's God given potential.
The Health and Wellness Center is the location for both Student Medical Services (SMS) and Student Counseling Services (SCS). We offer:

Hours for fall &
spring semesters:
Monday-Friday 8am-11:00am & 1pm- 4pm The Health & Wellness Center
is closed at 11:00am daily for Chapel and noon to 1pm for lunch.
Summer Hours:
Intersession I & II - Monday - Thursday 9am - 12 noon
Intersession III & IV - Mondays & Thursdays 9am to 12 noon

Location: The Health and Wellness Center is located on the west side of the Gaylord University Center.
Faculty Profile
Professor of Bible Harold Shank's main goal at OC is to train effective ministers for God's work. He believes that "OC provides a tremendous opportunity to explore the integration of faith and learning." He is interested in researching social justice in the Old Testament, the treatment of orphans in Isaiah, and the Biblical theory of children. He is a member of the Society of Biblical Literature and has written five books.
