Don Drew is a Professor at the Oklahoma Christian University School of Business Administration, Oklahoma City. His current research interests are social entrepreneurship, faculty work and motivation, strategic development and planning, and faith/work integration.
He received his B.A. in Bible in 1979 from Oklahoma Christian University and his Master of Human Relations in 1986 from the University of Oklahoma. He earned his Doctor of Education degree in Aerospace Management in 2000 from Oklahoma State University, where he specialized in Human Factors. He joined the Oklahoma Christian faculty in 2000 as founding director of the university's Master of Business Administration program. He also received OC's Faculty Leadership Award in 2004, and has completed additional graduate level education in International Business from the University of South Carolina, and in Strategic Planning and Development from the Armed Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Virginia.
Prior to entering academia, Drew served as Secretary to the Joint Chiefs of Logistics, Pentagon, Washington, D.C., where he retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1994. Since that time, he has served as Senior Analyst to the B-2 Stealth Bomber program. He has consulted for various organizations, including Seagate Technologies, the Oklahoma Governor's office, and the U.S. Air Force.
