Start your day off right with a gentle vinyasa flow. This class with be focused on stretching, strength and breath as you clear your mind and set your intention for the day. All levels welcome.
The Pilates Nook was founded on being warm, genuine and open so we can help our community realize that everyone can do Pilates! This versatile method is meant to get us back into the whole-body, interconnected movement we were designed for. It's a recasting of the body. Educative repatterning. It's practice over prescription, consciousness over repetition. And it makes people real world ready.

Body & Soul classes offer exercise to strengthen the body, uplifting music to nourish the soul, and fellowship to keep you motivated. TeamOC offers 2 Body and Soul Disciplines: Strength & Flexibility and Cardio.
Strength & Flexibility is a workout focused on balance, strength, toning, and flexibility with Pilates.
Cardio is a workout to strengthen your heart and lungs and burn calories in a fun lively environment.
Dance fitness classes that are fun, energetic and make you feel amazing.
A mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

KIDS Yoga- 11am & 12pm
Kids Yoga - This will be a 20 minute session of modified kids poses to get your child active and focused (no promises, ha). Parents, feel free to join in along side your little one. Ages 3 and up.
KIDS Zumba - 11:20am & 12:20pm
Kids Zumba - Kids love to dance. Dance along to songs kids love.
