    OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Oklahoma Christian University (OC) will present 87 undergraduate degrees and 85 graduate degrees at its winter commencement ceremonies on Dec. 13-14.     Dr. Charles Branch, Sr., one of the most cherished members of the Oklahoma Christian University family, passed away Friday, Dec. 6 at age 87. He and his wife Sylvia recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. She and other members of the Branch family were with Charles when God called him home.     OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Oklahoma Christian University set a new school record this fall, with 2,424 students making OC their college home.
