Master of Arts
The
Master of Arts program in the Graduate School of Theology seeks to fulfill
the mission of Oklahoma Christian University to fashion purposeful lives
of leadership and service. This program seeks to honor God and God's design
for the kingdom by preparing and further equipping women and men for works
of Christian ministry.
Such preparation and equipping requires instruction in both the Bible and practical ministry skills. Biblical knowledge without ministry only advances academics. Ministry without biblical foundations is akin to the building constructed by the foolish person on the sand. Such ministry only promotes superficial relationships with God, his word, his people, and his mission for the church.
The Master of Arts
in Ministry is an integrated program of rigorous biblical studies and
intense ministry development for persons who desire to equip themselves
for Christian ministry.

Training our youth for the Lord's service is extremely important-not only to prepare preachers and missionaries but to prepare people-all occupations-to be servants of God."
