Other special events of the week will include the Women’s Day on Monday morning with Lynn Jones as the primary speaker, a preachers program on Tuesday with Dr. Howard Norton speaking on “Preaching from 1 Thessalonians,” and a special elders program, also on Tuesday, with three classes and a two-our forum when elders can ask questions of a panel of experienced elders.
On Monday there will be a special seminar for those from smaller churches on how such churches can be more effective. On Monday night, Davis Burton, the 9-year old whose lesson on the whole Bible in eight minutes has been a great hit on U-Tube, will deliver the same message in person.
