Elizabeth was born in Oklahoma, but has called many places home as she grew up. She planted her roots back in the Sooner state when she attended OC and graduated in 2015. She serves students in Rural Oklahoma and Colorado.
Favorite Class at OC:
Women in Missions taught by Nancy Hartman. It wasn’t your typical lecture class. We had really deep discussions and learned from fabulous guest speakers about doing mission work in different cultures. My favorite topics we covered were about Third Culture Kids and how to deal with burnout. We learned practical information that could be applied every time we left the classroom!
Favorite OC Memory:
Hands-down, Homecoming is my absolute favorite event at OC! It reminds me what a family I have in this community. From the parade, to the musical, to the Alumni breakfasts my parents would bring me to, I learned early on what a special place OC is—somewhere that you create lasting friendships. While I was a student here, I had a blast participating in the parade with my social club, Gamma Rho!
