About the Center for Leadership

The Center for Leadership (CFL) is intended to provide resources and training for individuals and organizations seeking to develop their leadership abilities.  The Center for Leadership, led by Dr. Nathan Mellor, strives to be "the non-profit organization for non-profit organizations."  Through CFL, the Academy intends to "equip the inspired" through workshops, programs and lectures designed to promote competent leadership.  At a reduced cost, the Center for Leadership, provides world-class programs through which participants are given the opportunity to hone their communication, problem-solving and organizational skills as well their awareness of ethical considerations in the modern organization. 

In addition, the Center for Leadership, seeks to provide learning opportunities for junior and senior high school students who have been recognized by educators and their peers as "high achievers."  It is hoped through sponsorships, students who would not typically have access to such programs would be given an opportunity to develop their skills as a leader at a young age.  If you have an interest in sposoring or attending the Oklahoma Leadership Academy or the Midwest Leadership Academy, please let us know!
