About the Academy
The Academy exists for the purposes of preserving liberty and developing leaders.
The preservation of liberty requires that it be understood, embraced, and nurtured by each generation, and servant leadership must be developed and inspired in capable people in each generation. Leadership, at its core, is problem solving for the good of mankind, and the freedom fostered by a limited, constitutional government provides the framework for servant leaders to identify and eliminate those obstacles that hinder the pursuit of happiness for all citizens. Liberty can only thrive in the presence of good leadership, and leadership can only fully reach its potential when it is truly free.
Mission
The Academy’s mission is to uphold, teach, and strengthen the values that undergird liberty, free enterprise, and servant leadership.
Vision
The Academy’s vision is to educate and inspire servant leaders of character, vision, and courage while equipping them to have a profound and lasting impact on individuals, families, communities, and nations. Guided by biblical faith and the principles of servant leadership, character, justice, and limited government, the Academy is committed to equipping servant leaders and to continuing the values and freedoms that are cultivated by the founding wisdom of our Republic.
The Academy provides opportunities for preserving liberty and developing leaders through numerous avenues, including, Engaging Culture, Empowering Youth, Convening Stakeholders, Honoring Heroes, and Inspiring Action. Through each program, the Academy strives to provide access for participants to thoughtful and influential leaders and experts, open and honest dialogue by airing and weighing multiple viewpoints, and action-oriented servant leadership seeking positive change for our communities, our nation, and our world. In all things the Academy operates from a biblical worldview.
