“The mission of the Academy is to promote principles of leadership and liberty, which uplifts souls, engages minds and touches the hearts of servant leaders throughout the world.”
The Academy of Leadership & Liberty is working to build stronger communities by developing visionary leaders full of character and ethics. The Academy is comprised of four distinct centers for developing leaders:
1. The Center for Leadership
2. The Center for Public Policy
3. The Center for Free Enterprise
4. The Center for American Ideals
Each of the Centers builds leaders in different ways. The Center for Leadership is the flagship of the Academy of Leadership & Liberty. It is concerned with developing leaders who can in turn grow more leaders. Though the Academy can only influence a limited number of people, we intend to have a significant impact on communities through exponential growth.
The Center for Public Policy recognizes the importance of leadership in the realm of public service. It is focused on addressing the interests and concerns of those creating, shaping and interpreting law. The Center for Public Policy works to inspire and encourage individuals to be involved in the public sphere who can bring to it leadership with a strong ethical foundation.
The Center for Free Enterprise is committed to the promotion of the principles of the Free Enterprise economic system to current and future business and community leaders. The Center for Free Enterprise believes in the potential benefits and positive nature of the free enterprise system, but recognizes that without leadership that is committed to the highest standards of character and ethics those benefits will not be realized.
The Center for American Ideals is designed to promote greater awareness of American history, culture and citizenship. The Center for American Ideals seeks to provide innovative educational experiences for all ages with a special focus on students in elementary and secondary schools. The Center hopes to isolate the positive aspects of the American experience and to accentuate them while working with community leaders to improve the less noble aspects of our culture.
