Mission: To encourage the brightest students to use their gifts in service to God as Christian engineers.
The Christian Engineer Scholars (CES) Program at Oklahoma Christian University is the premier program for Christians pursuing an engineering degree.
More than 200 of the brightest engineering students in the country already have studied engineering through this program that emphasizes Christian ethics, service and engineering excellence. Now the program comes with an even better scholarship and more integration of faith and learning. We want you to be in the next group of Christians who join the CES community.

CES Scholarship Options
- You have the option of choosing the comprehensive CES scholarship described
here
OR any other OC scholarship package
(one such package described below)
- Example: 29 ACT= $8000 PASS
- At any time, you have the option to exchange the CES scholarship for the ACT-based PASS scholarship
- Once you have made that exchange you cannot obtain the CES scholarship again
CES Scholarship Details
- Scholarship is percentage of tuition and does not include fees, room or board
- Scholarship amount is based on GPA from previous semester and has three
levels
You can move between levels, based on GPA.

CES Scholarship Requirements
- Start as a freshman in the School of Engineering
- Remain in the School of Engineering
- Participate in the CES program
- Composite ACT of 25 (or SAT equivalent), with math subscore of at least 23
Application Deadlines
- For preferred consideration we ask all applications be submitted by April 1st, 2010
- Students can still submit an application after April 1st

Faculty Facts
Dr. Wayne Whaley, Professor of Engineering, works at OC "to change the world one engineering student at a time." He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineering and is a sponsor for the ASME Student Section. Dr. Whaley's professional interests include structural fatigue and fracture, mechatronics, vibration, and dynamic system and controls.
