MBA International Students
International Admissions Requirements
Along with the admission requirements for the MBA program, International students must complete the following and submit these forms to the Office of International Programs to be considered for admission. TOEFL Score Requirement
550 Written, 213 Computer based, 79 Internet based
Students whose first language is not English must submit an Official Score Report from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) indicating the minimum score required for admission. A registration form and a Bulletin of Information for Candidates may be obtained by calling (800) 468-6335, or writing to TOEFL Registration Office, PO Box 6151, Princeton, NJ 08541-6151.
Financial Statement
- International students must complete the financial worksheet for Oklahoma Christian University to be considered for admission. Financial Worksheet
- The financial worksheet must be accompanied by financial documentation from a bank, showing proof of funds available for one full year of support. This is required by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service and Oklahoma Christian University.
- An Affidit of Support is required in the case of third party funding of support.
Official Transcripts
- Official Transcripts must be submitted from each college or university attended.
- All transcripts and all official documents issued in a foreign language must be accompanied by an official English translation.
- Official foreign credential evaluation (an original Comprehensive Course-by-Course Report) must be submitted from World Educational Services – www.wes.org, (For more information regarding the preferred credential evaluation service contact the MBA Office or the Office of International Programs)

VISA Status & Eligibility Form (applying from within the US)
- International students must provide a copy of their passport page, I-94 card (front and back), visa page and copies of all I-20s to the Office of International Programs at Oklahoma Christian University.
- International Students transferring from another US educational institution must complete the Transfer Release Form.
Enrollment
- International Students must maintain full time enrollment (at least 9 hours) as required by US Immigration to maintain status.
Medical Insurance Requirement
- International Students and their dependents are required to have adequate medical insurance. Upon enrollment students will be placed on the university’s health insurance policy at student’s expense.
Letter of Agreement
- All international students must sign a letter of understanding with this university. Statement of Understanding

General Admissions Requirements
- Application for Admission
- A completed application for graduate admission to one of the graduate programs (use form provided). A downloadable form is provided that you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view, click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, then click here to download the application. - Non-refundable application fee ($50).
- Cumulative Grade Point Average Requirement (Bachelor’s Degree)
- 3.0 GPA. Students with a GPA between 2.5 and 3.0 may be admitted on probation. Probation Status will be removed upon completion of 12 hours of graduate courses with a GPA of 3.00 and/or any other deficiencies.
- Letters of Reference
- Three letters of reference are required. References should be from professors, employers, or associates who have knowledge of academic ability and potential. Reference letters must be addressed to the Oklahoma Christian University MBA Director. Recommendation Form
- Requesting Official Transcripts
- Official copies of all transcripts from the college or university that granted the bachelor's degree and any other institution attended. Transcript Request Form
- GMAT (450 minimum) or GRE (700 minimum with at least 3.0 on the written portion) test scores must be provided.
- Graduate exam must have been taken within the last five years.
- This requirement can be waived under one of three conditions:
- Cumulative Bachelor Degree GPA of 3.25 or above with no work experience.
- Cumulative Bachelor Degree GPA of 3.0 or above with 5 years work experience.
- Successful completion of 9 graduate hours at another accredited university.
- Current Resume
- Students are required to submit a current resume with their application for admission.
- Re-Admission
- Should students making satisfactory progress toward the degree have to drop out of the program, they may re-enter the program at a later date. The degree must be completed within seven years.
- Interview and Correspondence
