A Transfer Release Form is required for students transferring from another U.S. college or university.   It must be signed by the applicant and completed by the current institution which holds the student's current I-20 record.  Please note that students must hold legal status in the United States to be eligible for admission.

7. SCHOLARSHIPS

International students are not required to submit an SAT or ACT score for admission to OC.  However, these tests are used for course placement and to determine first-time college students' Academic Scholarship awards.  If you can not take this test prior to arriving on campus it will be administered upon your arrival at your expense.  Transfer students must submit all post-secondary transcripts and may be eligible for scholarships based on their Grade Point Average (GPA).
