| the rain did not stop us from sitting outside and taking on the waves | trent listens to the instructions for scuba diving | liz and jared j. talk to dive instructor dane (aka eddie vedder) during lunch | at the end of the day the sun finally broke through the clouds | and we all tried to catch some rays (little did we know you can get burned though the clouds!!!) | ||||||||

| worshipping with the house church in cairns was a wonderful experience. as a church they give their collection to png to help the Christians there. God is doing amazing work through this small group of Christians | jared johnson, elise and liz learn how the aborigines throw boomerangs. | kody learns how the aborigines throw a spear to catch kangaroos. hey kody--- don't quit your day job. | what a show! aborigines put on dances from their ancestors and modern dances that celebrate their history. | |||||||||

| happy birthday to jared johnson, the big 2-1! | since the rain was not as heavy, we met at the macquarie church for our Bible class lecture | for lunch we ate with members of the church from around the area | during our free time some students take off for the macquarie shopping center and live it up ice-skating | to promote even more unity and spirituality within the group we begin nightly prayer partners | ||||||||
