A Message from the Director

Thank you for visiting the Language and Culture Institute at Oklahoma Christian University’s web site. My colleagues and I welcome your interest and look forward to helping you achieve your language goals.

At the Language and Culture Institute (LCI), we offer programs which meet the highest standards of excellence. More than an “English school”, LCI offers non-native speakers of English a supportive learning environment to improve language and cultural competencies for success in the American academic setting. At LCI we provide quality English language instruction with care and respect for our students' cultural heritage in a comfortable, fun, and safe learning environment. We inspire learning and the achievement of excellence in all of our students, staff, and faculty though innovative and well-informed methods of instruction. Ultimately, LCI assists in the pursuit of our students' personal, academic, and professional goals.

I hope this web site detailing the programs at LCI is helpful to you. As the founding director of LCI, I can assure you that the program mission focuses on your success with language learning.

If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact me. I wish you well in your search and success in your future studies.
