About
| Highlights from Honors Summer Academy 2011 |
The Oklahoma Christian Honors Academy is an annual, seven day college experience hosted by the University Honors Program to encourage the pursuit of excellence by gifted and talented students finishing their freshman through junior years of high school. It is held on the campus of Oklahoma Christian University.
The program invites applications from students throughout the region who already have demonstrated excellence in academics seeking to develop those skills for exceptional university performance. By the end of the program, students will have developed the confidence to continue their academic trajectory of excellence, link academics to their faith, and demonstrate the impact of experiential learning in academic and in service activity.
We believe confidence in these core skills will contribute to increased resilience and persistence necessary to achieve exceptional performance following high school graduation.
