Master of Divinity (MDiv) image

Master of Divinity (MDiv)

Completion Time: 3-4 years

Expand your knowledge of biblical text and languages, church history and theology. This degree combines rigorous academics with the development of practical ministry skills. Required for endorsement to become a chaplain.

Master of Christian Ministry (MACM) image

Master of Christian Ministry (MACM)

Completion Time: 2 years

Prepare for leadership in youth, family, or congregational ministry. Study focuses on the biblical text and the skills needed to enhance your ministry.

Master of Theological Studies (MTS) image

Master of Theological Studies (MTS)

Completion Time: 2 years

Acquire biblical and theological knowledge that can be used for personal development or in preparation for additional graduate work. Choose a focus: textual Bible study or theological studies. An optional thesis will prepare you to pursue a Ph.D.

Whether your ministry involves leading, teaching, caring, facilitating, or consoling, our Master of Arts in Christianity and Culture empowers ministry at the intersections of biblical texts, Christian communities, and the cultures we inhabit.


Mitch Wilburn

Mitch Wilburn earned his master's degree in ministry in 2005 from Oklahoma Christian University's Graduate School of Theology. His studies at OC helped him transition from youth ministry to his current role as the preaching minister for Park Plaza Church of Christ in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Chris Le

Chris Le will graduate with her Master of Arts in Christian Ministry degree from the Graduate School of Theology at Oklahoma Christian University in 2015. In addition to her work in ministry, she serves as a clinical pharmacist for MaxCare in Oklahoma City.

Ian McLoud

Ian McLoud will graduate with his Master of Theological Studies degree from the Graduate School of Theology at Oklahoma Christian University in 2016. Ian enrolled in OC's GST program to help him in his work as a youth minister at Lakehoma Church of Christ in Mustang, Oklahoma.
