“Original Ten-minute Play Competition”
The theatre competition will be open to all full-time OC students. The competition will include a series of very short plays written, produced, directed and acted by OC students.
Performance dates/times: Nov. 29, 30 & Dec. 1 at 8 pm (3 performances total)
Location: Judd Theatre
Producer: OC theatre faculty, staff and students
Directors: To be decided
Audition dates: Nov. 12 and 13 at 7 pm in Judd Theatre
Stories: original short plays written by OC students will be performed. The best play as voted by the audience will win the competition and prize. (Suitable for ages 10 and up)
Faculty Facts
Professor James Elkins is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma. He is interested in quality, and engineering design. Professor Elkins was in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Corp. for twenty years, retiring with the rank of LCDR. He works at OC because he believes in Christian education.
