Story: On a dark winter’s night, a heroic young woman saves a fleeing solder from certain death. But when he comes back to see her the next spring, her ideas of love and romance are turned upside-down in this smart, witty satire on war, heroes, and “higher love.” It is no wonder that this is one of George Bernard Shaw’s most enjoyable plays. (Suitable for ages 10 and up)
