Voices from the Past

Wisdom, laughter, facts and fantasy are all heard in the voices from the past. The men and women are gone, but their words are left behind. Some has been written down, some passed along orally through generations, and some preserved in the famous structures of our cities and towns. The voices of the past give us a sense of what has gone before and a guide for what is to come. Listen, and you will hear the voices tell you of dances and hard work, of churches and outlaws, of good crops and hailstorms, of births and deaths. They mingle together testifying to the strength of those who built Oklahoma. “The Voices from the Past” leave an echo.
