Animation Principles and Practices
ARTS-3163: History, theory, and technique of traditional and contemporary approaches to animation. Includes studies in fundamentals of digital storytelling, physics, animation aesthetics, expression, kinetics, and motion. Projects include work in digital 2D and 3D, stop-motion, rotoscoping, and other animation environments.
